Invest in the launch of Bosolo Airways

We are engaging strategic investment partners to take Bosolo Airways from a registered company with a complete plan to a certified airline flying the South Africa–DR Congo corridor.

The opportunity

Bosolo Airways has not yet started operations. That is precisely the point: partners joining now help shape the fleet, the network and the governance of a carrier entering one of Africa's most persistently underserved corridors — and participate from the founding capital structure rather than a later, more expensive round.

Bosolo Airways recherche des partenaires d'investissement stratégiques pour financer l'acquisition de la flotte, la certification et le lancement des opérations.

Underserved corridor

South Africa and the DRC share deep trade, mining and diaspora ties, yet direct capacity between the two markets is thin and fares are high. Demand exists before a single marketing rand is spent.

Dual revenue engine

Passenger yields and cargo yields on the same rotation. Cargo demand on this corridor is structural — mining spares north, produce and minerals south — which smooths seasonality.

Local credibility

A South African registered company with Congolese identity and relationships on both ends of the route: regulators, ground handlers, freight forwarders and community networks.

Disciplined launch plan

One aircraft type, one proven trunk route, conservative load-factor assumptions and staged expansion only after the launch route performs.
